It is a haven of peace yet only a short stroll from the human heart of this Moroccan imperial city: the souks (the famous maze of market streets and alleys) and The Square, the Place J'ma El F'na.
The riad has been lovingly restored, keeping original features such as the intricately painted Saloon red cedar ceiling, the balconied rooms giving onto a central patio with plunge pool and orange tree, and a roof terrace complete with both a Berber tent and a sundeck from which to watch the sun set over the snow-capped High Atlas mountains.
